I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Although I didn’t really need “customer service” in a traditional sense, team member Tracy reached out and informed me of some minor changes to a bag I had ordered. It’s always a little concerning when ordering any replica but this company truly runs an excellent business or at least the team members on the front line are amazing. Give that gal a raise!

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

At first i was not expecting to be this satisfied for the price i paid, but it is definitely worth the wait! Definitely not the last time i will order here. Absolutely love!!! Great quality and could pass for dupe 100%. The differences i noticed are the double strap, original has single, the hardware on one side has a clasp and not the full buckle, the hardware is a silver gold vs the gold or silver on original . I can not wait to use this. It will be a favorite.Definitely looks Lux and can carry a lot of items! Dolabuy buy if you are in the market!

Excellent seller. 1:1 product. It’s not that bright red that most people are afraid of when buying inauthentic handbags. The leather trim on this bag is very clean. As for the stitching, it was done correctly and there were no obvious imperfections. The hardware is the perfect shade of gold and had the right logos. I also love the beige lining! I did regular shipping and my package arrived relatively quickly. The seller made sure to neatly package the product to avoid damage and it's much appreciated. The leather is soft and pebbled, the quilting is puffy and aligned, the hardware is shiny and engraved, and the logo is crisp and clear. The bag has all the correct markings and serial numbers. I compared it with my friend’s authentic bag and we couldn’t find any difference.
